How it works

A controlled pipeline from authorized source systems to licensed datasets.

1. Authorization

Suppliers connect software through the provider's OAuth screen with the narrowest scopes available. Tokens are encrypted at rest and never shown to buyers.

2. Synchronization

A historical backfill starts once the supplier mandate is signed. Recurring incremental syncs pick up new records. Every page is checkpointed, so interrupted syncs resume.

3. Processing

Secrets are removed before storage; identifiers are masked and the record held for review. Records are de-duplicated, checked against the supplier's permissions and scored for completeness.

4. Datasets

Eligible records are grouped into versioned datasets with manifests and checksums. Each new version passes a rights review before it can be licensed.

5. Licensing and payment

Buyers request terms, contributing suppliers approve where required, both parties sign, and the buyer pays. Delivery follows payment; revenue is attributed to suppliers by contribution.
